She has designed a gateway for women to be empowered to make smart (savvy) decisions in business and ministry that will challenge and change their lives.
As a Mother of five, Minister, Author & Entrepreneur, Venus understands the importance of being “Savvy” From a broken home, to teenage pregnancy, to drug and physical abuse, to marriage, through divorce, and remarriage, she has been through many downfalls and numerous pits. Venus is a Certified Christian Counselor and member of The American Association of Christian Counselors (AACC). She is married to Pastor John Walker and together they Pastor SCR (Second Chance Restoration) Ministry, an outreach ministry that proclaims the Gospel of Jesus Christ. She specializes in helping women “RE-BRAND” themselves and RE-CLAIM their lives by making smart (SAVVY) choices.
Her book, "The Purge" is a testament to the life saving grace and mercy of her Lord & Savior. The Purge is a 31-Day Devotional that will urge hell lout and let the life saving power of God in. It's amazing what God has put into motion with is book and if you ask her this is only the beginning. A self declared knowledge seeker, Venus believes every woman is Savvy and just needs it to be pulled out of her. She has created The Savvy Nation to empower women to dominate in ministry & marketplace. NOW THAT'S SAVVY!
